1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from Pyreclast Reserve LLC or utilizing our online platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws.
2. Scoville Heat Warning & Safe Consumption
Certain products in our Nuclear Reserve (Heat Level 9–10, including Carolina Reaper, Ghost Pepper, and Pepper X formulations exceeding 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units) possess intense capsaicin heat. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge responsibility for cautious consumption, avoiding eye and sensitive skin contact, and keeping products out of reach of small children.
3. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in US Dollars ($ USD). We accept credit cards and digital wallets processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Pyreclast Reserve to charge your designated payment method for all items ordered, including applicable shipping fees and state sales taxes.
4. Order Fulfillment & Bottle Integrity
We pack every glass hot sauce bottle in specialized bubble-wrap and molded pulp shippers. If any product arrives damaged in transit, photograph the bottle and contact info@pyreclastreserve.shop within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
